Australia has a new centre for ethical leadership.

The Cranlana Programme, an initiative of the Myer Foundation, and the Vincent Fairfax Ethics in Leadership Foundation, previously aligned with Ormond College, are joining forces under the banner of the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership.

These two organisations each bring to the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership over a quarter of a century of experience working with Australia’s private, public and community sector leaders, helping them develop the ethical scaffolding within which they operate and use their existing leadership skills more wisely by understanding of the competing moral frameworks that can be brought to bear on decision making.

The Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership  engages with the ideas of some of history’s greatest thinkers – not for the abstract purpose of philosophical discourse, but as a practical way of bringing that insight and wisdom into their professional and personal lives.

The Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership provides a considered ethics offer at a time when the needs have never been greater.
