Kevin Du Preez
Cranlana’s program helped me look at ethics in a broader and more complex way. In the arts we often work with ethical ideas without naming them, yet the world we operate in is shifting fast and our decisions sit within much larger pressures and systems. The program gave me structure, language and clarity.
I valued the focus on philosophy. It pushed me to think more deeply about why certain choices matter and how leaders can act with care and integrity.

Cranlana is pleased to collaborate with Creative Australia to provide creative leaders with the opportunity to hone their ethical leadership practice. Leaders from the arts and cultural sector play a critical role in shaping the fabric of our nation.  Accordingly, such leaders should be supported to develop the practical wisdom and courage required to navigate the complexities of their roles — at Cranlana we’re thrilled to be able to create the space for this to occur.
