The Cranlana Programme is hiring

We are looking for a highly motivated partnership development professional to take on the new role of Senior Client Relations for the Cranlana Programme in Melbourne.

You will play a key role in a small, agile team focused on ethical leadership development for executives and senior decision-makers. This new role is an opportunity to help the Cranlana Programme to expand its reach and deepen its engagement with the private and public sector leaders throughout Australia.

You have a natural ability to connect with people at a senior professional level, and you relish negotiating multi-year, enduring business partnerships based on ethical practice. You are driven by providing a great customer experience and by achieving targets year-round. You are an empathetic problem-solver and you jump at the chance to collaborate with your colleagues to achieve these objectives.

You have demonstrated experience in negotiating and servicing high-value business partnerships and your key skills are relationship-building, research, communications and collaboration.

The Cranlana Programme is a small team of 8, based in Cranlana House Toorak, but with programmes operating nationally. The Cranlana Programme’s team is committed to a culture built on fairness, trust, respect, cooperation and ethical behaviour.
