Celebrating 30 years of the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship.

For 30 years, the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship has existed at the intersection of principle and practice, bringing together thoughtful, dedicated leaders to cultivate ethical insight and create meaningful change across their organisations, sectors and communities.

To honour this legacy, we returned to the source: the founders, stewards, program directors and the Fellows – more than 400 leaders from across three decades.

This year, we have conducted roundtable discussions, interviews, quantitative and qualitative research to examine the program’s impact, consider the challenges shaping our future and explore the state of ethical leadership today. This anthology is more than a reflection on the past. It’s an invitation to our Fellows and all leaders to continue the work of creating a better future, together.

Welcome to (at) the intersection.

Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership and the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation extend our appreciation and admiration for the people who have contributed to the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship over the last 30 years, many of who we connected with during this project.

To the Fellows and Program Directors who generously participated in interviews, roundtables, provided insights and gave up their time to help create (at) the intersection, thank you. We hope you are proud of what you helped build.
