“Business is not separate from community, business is an integral part of our community.” Alumna Carol Schwartz and Diane Smith-Gander share a belief that corporate leaders have roles to play in their communities. “Business leaders fundamentally are members of society, their businesses are contributors to our economy, to our society, to us as people because they employ us.
