Cranlana Colloquium

A unique approach to ethical leadership

Colloquium
(noun):
A seminar or academic meeting at which specialists in a particular field gather to discuss ideas, present findings, and engage in dialogue. Colloquia are typically more interactive than formal conferences, encouraging open discussion and exchange of knowledge.

The Colloquium is Cranlana’s flagship program for senior leaders across the private, public and community sectors, inspiring transformational leadership by situating contemporary challenges within foundational principles and values.

What makes Cranlana Colloquium different?

With streams dedicated to executive-level, public sector and emerging leaders, the Colloquium is unlike any other form of leadership development. The program is not taught but evolves as a guided conversation between peers, Cranlana moderators and our curriculum.

A connected network of practice

Graduates of the Cranlana Colloquium join Cranlana’s alumni, staying connected with Cranlana and each other even after the program concludes. Build lasting relationships with influential leaders and mentors from the public, private, and community sectors, fostering a values-based network that supports your ongoing development.

Peer-led learning and dialogue

The program is driven by peer discussions and facilitated by expert moderators. This creates a collaborative, challenging environment where leaders refine their thinking through engagement with others facing similar dilemmas.

Built for your leadership stream

Whether you are an experienced executive, a public sector leader, or an emerging professional, the Cranlana Colloquium offers streams specifically designed to address the unique ethical challenges you face. Backed by 30 years of program development, each stream is tailored to meet the distinct needs of your leadership community.

How it works

The Colloquium is an immersive five-day program facilitated by two of Cranlana’s Moderators and featuring two guest speakers.

To encourage participants to rigorously explore issues within a trusted environment, each Colloquium is limited to 20 participants with different leadership experience and professional backgrounds.

Leaders who complete a Colloquium are invited into Cranlana’s community of alumni, allowing them to stay connected with the Cranlana experience and over a thousand others who are driven to make a positive impact in their context.

Not-for-profit rates are available.
