Executive Ethics

Our two-day Executive Ethics program is a practical primer for leaders seeking to incorporate or renew ethical thinking and action as part of their leadership practice.

Through peer-to-peer learning, Executive Ethics provides senior and emerging leaders with the fundamental tools to identify ethical dilemmas and integrity tests, apply decision-making frameworks, address biases, and develop agency to give voice to values.

Cranlana Colloquium

The Cranlana Colloquium is an immersive leadership program for senior leaders across the private, public, and community sectors. It connects today’s challenges with core principles and values, offering practical frameworks for ethical decision-making and transformational leadership.

Unlike traditional leadership development, the Colloquium is built on peer-based learning, with moderated discussions that provoke critical thinking.

Emerging Leaders

Aimed at emerging executive leaders from all areas of an organisation who are committed to leading with values, principles, and staying true to their identity while navigating their career progression. The program addresses common challenges for emerging leaders such as managing up, down and across, and the pressures of advancing into a leadership role.

Public Sector Leaders

Tailored specifically for leaders from Australia’s Public Sector, this program tackles ethical challenges in governance and policy-making. Participants explore how foundational ethical principles apply to modern public service dilemmas, with a focus on leading with integrity in their roles within Federal, State, or Local Government.

The Executive Colloquium is for senior executives ready to tackle complex problems and drive positive change within their organisations and society. Through Cranlana’s peer-based learning model, leaders come together in a trusted space to reflect, challenge each other, and deepen their leadership practice.

Vincent Fairfax Fellowship

The Vincent Fairfax Fellowship is a selective, year-long leadership development program that fosters deep ethical leadership through residential retreats, workshops, online learning, and peer-led discussions. Each year, up to 22 senior executive leaders from across Australia are carefully selected to participate. They explore ethical challenges in their sectors and apply new frameworks to real-world leadership situations, enriching not only their careers but also their lifelong practice as leaders and individuals.
